A sister brand with a shared idea

CannabisAbo.ch is being developed as the subscription brand powered by CannabisClub.ch. It is built around collective demand: a community can plan purchasing together rather than buying separately at retail. The project is in preparation and is not accepting orders, payments or subscription contracts.

What the planned subscription would offer

The concept has three sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Their exact quantities, delivery frequency, selection and terms have not been decided. The aim is to make the range easy to understand without promising quantities or benefits before the legal and commercial details are settled.

Our ambition: wholesale prices for members

Our target is at least 50% below comparable prices in shops or pharmacies. That is a commercial ambition, not an available or independently verified offer. A meaningful comparison needs matching product type, cannabinoid profile, quality, quantity, taxes and fees. Pharmacy medicines and non-medical products are not automatically comparable. Final prices and the basis for comparisons must be published before launch.

What Swiss law means for this project

Swiss rules distinguish low-THC cannabis, medical cannabis and authorised non-medical pilot trials. The federal agriculture authority identifies cannabis with at least 1% THC as a narcotic [3]. The FOPH explains that pilot trials are limited scientific programmes [1], while medical treatment follows its own prescribing rules [2]. Work on a Cannabis Products Act does not by itself authorise a subscription business [4]. CannabisAbo.ch will only launch through a lawful route with any required permissions; no date is guaranteed.

What needs to happen before launch

Before subscriptions open, we need a lawful operating model, any required permissions, confirmed supply arrangements and clear subscription terms. Members will receive an announcement when these steps are complete. Until then, registration simply keeps you connected to CannabisClub.ch.

How to receive launch news

Create an account on CannabisClub.ch using the signup link below. Members will be notified when the subscription model is ready. A Club account is not an order, does not activate an abonnement and does not confer legal access to THC cannabis. Final eligibility and subscription conditions will be explained before anyone subscribes.

What comes next in the journal

We plan source-based articles about Swiss cannabis rules, CBD and THC, understanding price comparisons and the development of our subscription model. Our goal is a daily publishing rhythm, with dates, editorial responsibility and links to original sources. Announcements will clearly distinguish proposals from confirmed launch details.
