Registration, membership and a subscription are different steps

A CannabisClub.ch account connects you with our main brand. It is not an order with CannabisAbo.ch and does not activate a CannabisAbo subscription. Members will be informed when the model is legally and operationally ready. Registration guarantees neither delivery nor access to THC products, a prescription or a pilot trial. Any future subscription contract would need a separate assessment of the terms published at that time.

The idea behind CannabisAbo.ch

What would actually be delivered?

A size name does not define a service. Small, Medium and Large are planned names at CannabisAbo.ch; they do not currently establish quantities or particular products.

Product type, quantity and traceable quality

Check the product category, net quantity and specific items included. Can you identify the origin, relevant product information and any batch-specific test records? A low price does not replace product checks. CBD products, medicines and pilot-trial products cannot be treated as equivalent simply because they weigh the same. Even a clearly described product requires a lawful access route.

Delivery frequency and product selection

Ask whether deliveries would be monthly, every four weeks or on request. Four weeks is not a calendar month: it can create more payment dates over a year. Check whether products are fixed, selected by the supplier or chosen by you, and what happens when an item is unavailable. CannabisAbo.ch has not confirmed its delivery frequency or selection arrangements.

What is the total cost?

Compare offers over the same period. Total cost for that period = product payments + shipping + any other fees actually agreed. Count all deliveries and any one-off charges. Use disclosed amounts; an unspecified fee should not automatically be assumed to be zero.

Product payments, shipping and other charges

Entirely fictional example, not a CannabisAbo offer: three product payments of CHF 80 plus three shipping charges of CHF 5 total CHF 255. An expressly agreed one-off fee of CHF 10 would bring the total to CHF 265. These figures are neither current market prices nor an indication of our future prices.

When is a price comparison meaningful?

Compare product type, quality, quantity, cannabinoid profile and included services. A price per gram can help with comparable flower; it does not make flower, oils and medicines interchangeable. Different legal and medical requirements still matter. At least 50% below comparable shop or pharmacy prices is our ambition, not a verified current saving. Final prices and the basis for comparison remain unconfirmed.

Check the term, renewal and cancellation

Check the term, renewal and cancellation
CheckClarify before agreeing
Minimum termWhen does it start, and until when would payments be due?
RenewalDoes the contract end automatically or renew? For how long?
Notice periodBy which date must valid cancellation have been received?
Cancellation methodWhich agreed channel should you use, and what proof can you keep?
Contract endingWhich final delivery and payment would still be due?
Pause or changeHow would fees, the term and later deliveries be affected?

What happens with pauses or changes?

Before signing, ask whether and how you could pause a delivery, change sizes or skip a date. Clarify deadlines, charges and effects on the contract term. A delivery pause does not automatically cancel a contract. Ask whether substitutions require consent, how price changes would be announced and what arrangements apply to delays or non-delivery. Keep the offer, terms, confirmation and important correspondence. These are questions to investigate, not features promised by CannabisAbo.ch.

Cancellation and withdrawal are not the same

Cancellation concerns ending an ongoing contract; withdrawal concerns reversing it under the applicable conditions. SECO explains that Swiss law provides no general statutory withdrawal right for online purchases. Voluntary terms or particular circumstances may differ. Do not automatically assume a 14-day cooling-off period. Check the actual agreement and applicable law. This guide does not set a cancellation period or replace assessment of an individual case.

What is known about CannabisAbo.ch, and what remains open

Known: CannabisAbo.ch is the planned subscription brand of CannabisClub.ch. Small, Medium and Large are envisaged. No orders, payments or subscription contracts are being accepted. Launch requires a lawful distribution route, necessary permissions and operational readiness.

Unconfirmed: products, quantities, prices, frequency, selection, contract length, cancellation, pauses, other terms and a launch date. There is no blanket delivery commitment for any city or canton. Revisit this checklist when confirmed terms become available.

Questions before considering a cannabis subscription

Does Club registration already create a CannabisAbo subscription?

No. Registering with CannabisClub.ch activates no CannabisAbo subscription and is not an order for cannabis. Members receive information when the model is ready.

Can I already order Small, Medium or Large?

No. These are planned sizes. Quantities, prices and delivery frequency remain unconfirmed.

Have cancellation and delivery pauses been settled?

No final cancellation or pause conditions have been published for the planned CannabisAbo offer. Monthly delivery alone would not establish a right to cancel each month.

Has the saving of at least 50% been demonstrated?

No. It is a target against comparable shop or pharmacy products, not a confirmed current saving. A sound comparison requires specific products, quantities and all costs.
