CBD / low THC
Cannabis below 1% total THC is outside Swiss narcotics classification. Product-specific sales rules still apply. The term CBD alone establishes neither THC content nor the marketability of a product.

Three terms. Three different routes.
Medical cannabis
Medical use involves clinical assessment and, where appropriate, a prescription. Club membership replaces neither treatment nor a prescription. A pharmacy is not automatically an unrestricted THC outlet.
Internal source referenceTHC pilot trials
A pilot trial is authorised research. Residence, participation criteria and admission must be confirmed by the specific project. Proximity to a study location or Club registration does not establish eligibility.

What to check before a purchase offer
- Distinguish product type and total THC: CBD is not a blanket legal category for every product.
- Check the provider, your actual entitlement to access and traceable product information.
- For research, confirm your municipality of residence and individual admission.
- Compare prices only for equivalent quantity, quality, cannabinoid profile and total costs.
- Do not confuse registration with a purchase, prescription or guaranteed study place.
